Zonnefabriek knows how important it is to work with a reliable certified party to ensure that the entire project runs smoothly.
Zonnefabriek has more than 10 years of experience and, in addition to 7,000 private installations, has a lot of experience in realizing beautiful SDE and postcode rose projects. We have, among other things, successfully completed installations at the Westergasfabriek, Marken and at Reigersbos metro station.
What makes us so special is our continuous choice for quality, in our products, but also in the way we work and the service we provide. Thanks to our experience, we know that quality and care in the long term yield the best results (and therefore return). Especially with cooperatives, we notice that an effective approach and honest advice are appreciated, so that you can communicate everything clearly to your members.
Below you will find an overview of our approach. The duration varies per project and also depends on the client, below is illustrated how the process looks in the ideal situation. We aim to deliver your installation within three months.
There are various possibilities to receive a subsidy for cooperatives. The most common are: the postcode rose scheme and the Zon SDE++. Explained below what these schemes entail and what they can mean for you.
The postcode rose scheme entitles a private individual or entrepreneur who invests together with others in the generation of sustainable energy to a discount on the energy tax. The participants must live in the postcode rose area.
The reduction to zero of the rate of the first bracket of the energy tax is applied to the personal energy bill of the members, up to a maximum of their own consumption and a maximum of 10,000 kWh per year. Members of cooperatives and Owners' Associations are eligible for this tax credit. Members have lower costs with this scheme and the cooperative has income from the sold electricity.
This postcode rose scheme will change from 2021 into a subsidy scheme. The biggest change is that the money the cooperative earns will now consist of the revenue from the sold electricity (just like now), plus a subsidy from the government (instead of the discount on the energy tax as is the case now). You can find more information here about this change.
SDE++ is the Stimulation of Sustainable Energy Transition subsidy. The climate agreement has set the goal of reducing CO2 emissions by 49% by 2030 compared to 1990. This subsidy is intended for the production of renewable energy or CO2-reducing techniques in a cost-effective manner. The aim is to compensate for the difference between the market price for sustainable energy and the market price for fossil energy.
Businesses in sectors such as industry, mobility, electricity, agriculture and the built environment are eligible for this subsidy. The subsidy is granted for a period of 12 to 15 years.
