1 min Reading time To change your Sunny Portal password, you must first log in to the Sunny Portal website on your computer. You cannot change the password via the smartphone app. If you have forgotten your password, click here.
Log in to your Sunny Portal site and click on your name in the top right corner. This will take you to your 'Personal Data'.
Click on 'Personal Data'.
At the bottom of your Personal Data section, you will see a blue note: 'If you want to change your password, please click here.' Click on it to change your password.
