There are three lights on the Sunny Boy 1.5 and 2.5: a green, a blue and a red one.

The green one indicates whether power is being produced, i.e. whether the device is working.

A green LED that is constantly on, or that 'pulses', indicates that energy is being generated. If the green LED is off, no energy is being produced, for example at night. If the green LED is off while there is sufficient sunlight on the panels, there may be a fault: Please contact us.

If you have reset the inverter, the green LED will first flash for a while (2 sec on, 2 sec off) during the start-up phase.

The blue one indicates the status of the internet connection.

A blue LED that is constantly on indicates that the inverter is connected to another device, usually your router for the internet. If the blue LED is constantly on, but the connection to the internet is still not working, this is probably due to a setting in your router, or a malfunction with your Internet Service Provider.

A blue LED that flashes indicates that a connection is being established with another device such as your router, usually via WiFi. If the connection has been successfully established, the blue LED changes from a flashing signal to a constant light.

The red LED indicates that a malfunction has occurred. A red LED that remains lit is a signal to contact our service department.
