This inverter is the 2-in-1 solution for generating and flexibly consuming in your household. This inverter is equipped with a 'Secure Power Supply' option: a simple and inexpensive way to always have power, even when the grid goes down. This option also works when no batteries are connected.
The SMA ShadeFix and SMA Smart Connected technology ensure optimal yield. In addition, oversizing of the solar power system also contributes to a high maximum yield of 98.1%.
The combination of this inverter with smart control ensures an 'intelligent' charging of the batteries. This allows for a proper planning, and the batteries are only charged and discharged when it is really useful.
Both solar panels and batteries can be connected to this inverter, but it also works just fine without batteries, as a 'regular' inverter. The device can also be used as a pure battery inverter, without solar panels.
