Service is a high priority for us. Our continuous choice for quality also applies to the way we provide service for your installation. To ensure that your installation performs optimally, we offer service and maintenance contracts.

Private and business contracts

You can come to us for both private and business service and maintenance contracts. Thanks to our extensive experience, we know what matters for both small and large systems. Check out the different options below.

Private service contract for solar panels

Price: €5.95 per month (for the current calendar year, annual indexation applies)

Monitoring

Zonnefabriek remotely monitors the operation of your system. When the system monitoring shows that the installation is not functioning properly, we will contact you. Together we will look for a solution to fix the problem as soon as possible. Within the product warranty, defective parts will be replaced free of charge.

Repair service

If we observe a malfunction, we will contact you within 5 working days to report the malfunction. You can also contact the Zonnefabriek repair service during the term of the service contract (by email to service@zonnefabriek.nl or by phone at +31206766614). If the malfunction can be resolved remotely, our service department will be happy to assist you.

Monitoring

Zonnefabriek remotely monitors the operation of your system. When the system monitoring shows that the installation is not functioning properly, we will contact the designated contact person. Together we will look for a solution to fix the problem as soon as possible. Within the product warranty, defective parts will be replaced free of charge.

Annual report

Zonnefabriek will prepare an annual report showing a report on the yield of the solar power system.

During the term of the maintenance contract, in case of a malfunction, you can contact the Zonnefabriek repair service (by email to service@zonnefabriek.nl or by phone at +31206766614). If the malfunction can be resolved remotely, our service department will be happy to assist you.

Scope 12 inspection

If desired, Zonnefabriek will ensure that a Scope 12 inspection is carried out every three or five years, so that your installation meets any requirements of your insurer. This inspection consists of both a visual inspection and a functional inspection. A Scope12 inspection can also be purchased separately from the maintenance contract upon request.

 

Visual inspection: inspection for breakage of cables and panels, checking for corrosion, soiling of panels, loose cables and fasteners, shifts in the PV installation and checking of rubbers and seals.

 

Functional inspection: reading out the inverter, string voltage check and yield analysis.

What is Scope12?

The SCIOS Foundation, in collaboration with the Association of Insurers, has created a new certification for a solar power system, 'Scope12'. This is a universal method to inspect and thus certify PV installations. This ensures the quality and safety of PV installations.

What exactly does the inspection entail?

An extensive inspection of your solar power system, checking the entire electrical installation, checking the fire safety of the installation, assessment of the commissioning documentation.

Why Scope12?

Installations that have been inspected according to Scope12 are included in a database that is accessible to insurers. Insurance companies will increasingly require a Scope12 certification, especially for installations with more than 50 panels.
